Rose Edith Kelly married noted author, magician and occultist Aleister Crowley in 1903. In 1904, she aided him in the Cairo Working that led to the writing of The Book of the Law, on which Crowley based much of his philosophy and religion, Thelema. She was one of the many “Scarlet Women” in Crowley’s life.
These figures represent Rose Edith Kelly & Aiwass. They wear magickal Rave capes, wearing universes on their cloaks.
Crowley has been taken out of the picture, for it is to remember and take note of this magickal relationship between a woman and another unseen force that was channelled through her.
